Csiti88 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Users

1 Definitions & Scope

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:

2 Member Eligibility

• Is an individual legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.

Csiti88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

During the csiti88 account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your responsibilities as a csiti88 account holder include:

• Ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
• Keeping your account username and password confidential. csiti88 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Notify csiti88 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Not share account access with any other individual, including family members.
• Register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a refund.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on csiti88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). csiti88 supports the following local payment methods:

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM10 per transaction.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

6 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules, displayed within the respective game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical error or connection disruption during an active game, csiti88 will use server records to determine the status of the affected game and any related bets.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Csiti88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed or incomplete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating possible fraud, money laundering, or a breach of applicable law.
• A member's own request to close their account for responsible gambling reasons.
• Court orders or directives issued by relevant authorities.

If your account is closed at your own request or for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you once all checks have been completed. The timeframe for the refund depends on the specific circumstances of each case.

9 csiti88 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, csiti88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including losses arising from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, infrastructure outages, or third-party actions.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by factors beyond csiti88's control, including delays on the part of payment service providers.
• Loss of account access resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, under any circumstances whatsoever.

Csiti88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Csiti88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except for amendments required urgently for security or legal compliance purposes.

Continued use of the csiti88 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
